“Optical Murrina” B

Collection in homage to the murrina, famous technique of the Murano glass manufacturing, that dates back to the 16th century, when some Venetian glass masters started to produce items imitating the murrini, ancient Roman vases. I have freely elaborated these murrine and I have placed them in an optical composition inspired by the Optical Art. The Optical Art is a movement of abstract art, started in the Sixties in the USA and then developed in the Seventies of the 20th century, that I studied and tested during my artistic education at the Fine Arts Academy of Brera in Milan.
