“Optical Majolica” B

Collection in homage to the Optical Art, also known as Op Art, artistic movement that started in the Sixties in the USA and then in Europe. I have studied and tested the Optical Art since 1971 during my artistic education at the Fine Arts Academy of Brera in Milan. In this scarf, thanks to the use of straight and curved lines placed in different modular and structural frameworks, I have created an effect that reminds the decorations of the majolica tiles.

Silk 100%, made in Como, hand-rolled – 40″x40″   –   55″x55″
